His prior experience in import and export logistics has been a catalyst for his four decades of experience as a results-driven leader in the signage industry.
Afshan Alemi,
Chief Executive Officer
A graduate of Strasbourg University in France, Afshan uses her experience in cross cultural communications, foreign language and instruction to influence the communications, diversity and sustainability initiatives at Coast Sign. She became the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Coast Sign four decades ago, when only few women were holding executive positions in the male dominated construction and signage industry. Her strategic support has influenced Coast Sign’s positioning as one of the top sign companies in the nation.

Omeed is a business development expert with award winning projects and globally recognized clients under his purview. He graduated from California Polytechnic State University majoring in Industrial Technology. Omeed applies his business acumen to develop strategic business relationships and foster continued growth for the company. His successful multi-industry track record is a testament to his commitment to customer satisfaction.

Human Resources Manager
Melinda has been an integral part of Coast Sign for a decade. She received her bachelor’s degree from Carbondale University of Illinois majoring in Human Resources and Workforce. She provides companywide support and collaborates across all management levels and departments to establish relationships with our multifaceted staff. Melinda spearheads team-building, people operations at Coast Sign. She is motivated to equip our employees with tools and resources to drive value to the company and their lives.
