In order to expedite your application you may either fax to 714-520-5847 or e-mail it to Once your application has been accepted and you are added to the partner network, Coast requires that you maintain on file a current Certificate of Insurance listing Coast Sign Incorporated as an additional insured and as a certificate holder.
